Challenge
Design that is Concise, Intelligible, yet elaborate
The admin page should be able to easily grasp all sections of hospital reservations, charts, veterinarian details, hospital records, and customer management within Buddydoc. The information should not appear overly cluttered, so maintaining a well-separated, concise, yet elaborate design structure was a fundamental step. Also, the hospital and individual veterinarian tabs must be separated, allowing for individual management of schedules when there are multiple veterinarians in one hospital.
Feedback
When designing the screens, I aimed to create a cohesive mood with the Buddydoc app through the app's design and colour scheme. After progressing with the design work, I received positive feedback during the team's initial review.

I got a review that I've effectively distinguished numerous categories and intricate details. Additionally, using an on-off toggle for available times (refer to the 4th image) received a positive reaction, suggesting that it could help veterinary professionals manage their schedules more efficiently by reducing the steps required to reset and save time.

During my time in Buddylabs, the final design project that I completed was this Buddydoc admin page. I handed off the final design to the developers, incorporating internal feedback and feedback from the development team.
The dev team said in a meeting that they'll commence after the activation of the 'nearby hospital' feature when affiliated hospitals are in place.
I had valuable experience in building web design and structure, receiving feedback that the design was in accordance with the structure and logic and would pose no significant challenges in the development process.
